  1. I’m 14 and I have pectus carinatum and thank you for the info it’s helped allot .

  2. Do the majority of users on this site have symmetrical or unsymmetrical PE?… and if unsymmetrical which side is protruded? (left – heart side, right – other side). Mine is unsymmetrical with the right side protruding, i also have a sleight scoliosis.

    • To be totally honest I don’t know what type of Pectus the users have. I would like to hear from more people in the comment here about the different types of Pectus they have.

  3. i have like a void on the lower chest and i don’t have any muscle in there, what should i do?
by the way my pectus carinatum is kinda symmetrical

  4. no i am sure that i have carinatum because my strenum sticks out i have a void on the lower side of the pecs

  5. oh got it. mine does that under each pec too. i do workouts to build the seratus muscles (side muscles) they reach under your pecs. i also do a lot of lower chest. dips and decline bench help.just remember whatever muscles you want to build you need to do heavy weight. no more than 8 reps per set.
