I’m 14 and I have pectus carinatum and thank you for the info it’s helped allot .
Do the majority of users on this site have symmetrical or unsymmetrical PE?… and if unsymmetrical which side is protruded? (left – heart side, right – other side). Mine is unsymmetrical with the right side protruding, i also have a sleight scoliosis.
To be totally honest I don’t know what type of Pectus the users have. I would like to hear from more people in the comment here about the different types of Pectus they have.
i have like a void on the lower chest and i don’t have any muscle in there, what should i do?
by the way my pectus carinatum is kinda symmetrical
There are two conditions Pectus Excavatum and Pectus Carinatum. You probably have Excavatum. You can either work out and build the muscle around it or get surgery, if it is severe.
no i am sure that i have carinatum because my strenum sticks out i have a void on the lower side of the pecs
oh got it. mine does that under each pec too. i do workouts to build the seratus muscles (side muscles) they reach under your pecs. i also do a lot of lower chest. dips and decline bench help.just remember whatever muscles you want to build you need to do heavy weight. no more than 8 reps per set.
thanks ALOT!!!
I really appreciate it 🙂
